the location was great for exploring harbourside and the city centre. tracy provided very helpful food communication and was very accommodating i had a good experience. she made excellent recommendations for exploring the area and helped with every little thing.
the small fan did little to combat the heat i feel a more effective solution would improve the experience in warmer weather it became a minor inconvenience.

The location was really convenient for getting around. the room had tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch. i also appreciated the quiet area. There was no noise at night to disturb sleep.
the room got quite warm. the fan provided didn't really help cool things down much. i also found on-street parking a bit tricky to find at times. the keycode access was convenient, but i did find it a bit fiddly at first.

The guesthouse location is on a VERY quiet street, ideal for restful nights. I found a personal sink in my room, a convenient feature. The host, tracy, offered great local tips and was always helpful. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available in my room.
The stairs felt a little narrow when I carried my luggage up.
